Step 1. In search bar, search for "Enrollee Customer List".
Note: When setting up Quarterly assessment, this will apply per tuition plan.
Step 2. Search for enrollee customer entries that has the tuition plan you want to set up the quarterly assessment.
Step 3. Scroll down until you locate the Quarterly Assessment table. Click the "Add Row" button to add a row for each of the assessment for each quarter.
Step 4. Fill up the details for each added quarter. Click "Update" after setting up quarterly assessment.
Step 5. After updating, user can now click the "Batch Add Quarterly by Plan" button to apply the Quarterly Assessment to all enrollee customer entries that have the same tuition plan from where the user did the setup.
